Cheap single pushchair single standing stroller Pushchairs

If you're on a budget and don't want a stroller that doubles as car seat carriers The Babyzen Yoyo is a good option. It comes with a simple one-step foot brake that's flip flop comfortable.

It's easy to push, and it feels solid when traversing kerbs and woodland trails. It's also a breeze to fold.

1. Babyzen YOYO2

The Babyzen YOYO2 has earned a reputation for being the ultimate stroller that is light, ideal for city dwellers as well for jet-setters. This is thanks to its extremely nimble handling and fold-down design that can be incorporated into the overhead luggage of an aeroplane. The most recent version comes with independent suspension on all 4 wheels made of Hytrel elastomer, allowing it to 'perfectly traverse all types and terrains'.

The curved fabric bassinet, base YOYO2 frame and 6months of colour pack are combined to create a sleek pushchair with a subtle, elegant aesthetic. The base frame weighs less than a kilogram, and is so light it is able to be lifted from the box with just one hand.

The hood, for example snaps onto the YOYO2 with a reassuring way. It is machine washable at 30 degrees which helps avoid stains caused by smushed carrot puffs and rice cakes. It can be used as a pram right from birth using the Newborn Pack or bassinet, or converted to a stroller after 6 months using the YOYO Connect additional chassis.

2. Evenflo Pivot Xplore

Evenflo Pivot Xplore stroller wagon is a great option for parents looking for an adaptable stroller. It can be converted from a stroller to a wagon by simply flipping the handle, meaning parents can choose the option they want to use on their journey. The wagon can accommodate two or three children ranging from 6 months to five years old. It has a huge storage basket that will hold everything you need while on the go.

The Xplore also comes with two canopies that turn from front to back, providing ample sun protection for all family members. It has a smaller footwell than other wagons. This may not be ideal for long drives or naps.

The frame of the Xplore is solid and sturdy, although it does not have as much flexibility as other wagons we tried. It is also more difficult to fold than many of the other models and it doesn't lock tightly when folded. It is easy to move however, and is able to fit through narrow 28 inches doors.

3. Delta Children LX Side by Side

This basic double stroller from Delta Children is an excellent choice for parents looking for an affordable, second-hand travel stroller. It scored a dazzling score in our Strollers and Multiples test for weight and size folded which means it's lightweight, small when collapsed and easy to put into a car trunk or closet. It also has an adjustable recline seat that can be adjusted in multiple positions and a cup holder for the parent. Other key features include 360-degree shock-absorbing front wheels and two large hanging storage bags.

It did better in our push and turn test than a lot of the other strollers we tested, but was nonetheless difficult to maneuver on uneven terrain or through narrow doors. Its sunshades were among the smallest of all strollers we test. They only cover the top of the stroller and do not have peekaboo windows. The UPPAbaby G-Link 2 has a more extensive canopy.

The Delta took us just over three minutes to put together with an average manual and no components required tools. It is missing certain features we consider essential in a double stroller. They include a large basket, reclining seats, and leg rests that can be adjusted.

4. Maxi-Cosi Zelia 2-in-1

The Zelia is Maxi-Cosi's latest pushchair and is marketed as an urban travel system. It is suitable from birth until around 3.5-years-old. The seat and carrycot can be easily converted in a few clicks. It can be used with Maxi-Cosi capsule car seats and comes complete with the lightweight Mico 30 infant car seat, a stay-incar base, and a reversible car.

The seat can be reclined with one hand, and the big shopping basket makes it simple for parents to take their child in and out. Although it is narrow, the pushchair handled the everyday bumps well and was able to pass through doorways without fuss.

The front wheels can be locked into forward positions or let them swivel which is helpful when traversing rough terrain. On our walk through the stony trail, we let them swivel and it performed well although it did seem slightly bumpier than other models on test.

5. Baby Jogger City Tour 2,

Baby Jogger is known for their all-terrain, 3-wheeler jogging pushchairs, but they also make a good selection of 4-wheel strollers. City Tour 2 is their most loved model. It is simple to use and folds up small enough to fit into the car boot, even with the carrycot attached.

It weighs more than other strollers we've test, but since it comes with rubber composite wheels it feels sturdy and well-made. It's a breeze to maneuver across all types of terrain and it's also a breeze to lift even with two children and a shopping bag.

The carrycot and the seat both come with hoods with pull-down sun canopy extensions that are UV50+. They are waterproof and strong unlike other pram hoods that get whipped back into toddlers' faces.

It doesn't have a lot of storage space, however it does have a big basket that's large enough to fit a changing bag and plenty of groceries. You can also connect it with a Baby Jogger infant car seat to create a travel system for babies up to 20 pounds (car seat and adapters sold separately). If you need a stroller that is able to be taken on the road, the City Tour 2 is an excellent option.

6. Nuna Mixx Next

Nuna Mixx was an infant stroller that captivated the hearts of a lot of parents when it first debuted. It's a frame made of aluminum that will be with you throughout your baby's initial days and beyond. It's got a lot of standout features, including the ability of the seat to be turned between the front facing parent and the outside as well as a large UPF50+ canopy, an eye shade that flips out, and an adjustable handlebar.

The wheels are tough and filled with foam which minimizes punctures. The chassis also has built-in suspension which takes the sting out of rough terrain. It was easy to push, and our tester was able to maneuver the car through tight streets.

It folds in just four steps and locks automatically without fuss. It can also be rolled and repositioned for easy transport down the stairs, or in the trunk of the car. It also comes equipped with the ability to add a car seat and a carrycot with the adaptors included. The brakes come with a single pushchair with buggy board action and are color coded. They also are compatible with flip-flops.

7. Babyzen Duet

This single stroller with bench seat pushchair that is budget-friendly is extremely easy to use and features excellent dual suspension, a one-hand fold and a practical carry strap. It is also lightweight and sturdy. The seat can be reclined into a variety of different positions. It also comes with a double breathable mattress built in that is suitable for infants.

The canopy/seat has two extra-large fixed or flip-out sun visors. Both are UPF50+. However the toggle closure isn't great - it's not as silent as Velcro and can wake sleepy babies.

The Duet is a stroller that can be used side-by-side and can be configured to take twins or siblings (up to 22kg maximum per seat). It's compatible with two infant car seats and even works with a few carrycots. In twin mode the seats can be positioned to face each other or can turn around and face their parents, potentially decreasing sibling disputes over who gets to sit with dad and mom. It comes with a big gear tray with a bottle holder as well as snack trays. It also has an automatic frame lock and a compact fold.

8. Baby Jogger Urban Glide 2

The Thule Urban Glide 2 is a jogger that's ideal for parents who love to be active. It's among the lightest running strollers you can buy for your child. It also comes with great safety features like five-point harnesses and a secure wrist strap. It also features a twist hand brake that's distinct from the lever-type used on rival models.

The seat is padded and offers a large area to sit. However, the seat depth is smaller than that of other joggers (it's only about 10") The storage bin is equipped with an enclosed zipper to help keep items safe. It can hold up to 10 pounds which is sufficient for most diaper bags.

The Urban Glide 2 doesn't come with adapters to fit most infant car seats and bassinets however, you can use them from the very first day with adapters that fit brands like BOB, Graco Combi Evenflo Britax UPPAbaby. It folds compactly and takes between 5 and 10 minutes to put together with no tools. The manual is easy-to-understand and includes multiple languages.
