It also has an innovative mopping technique that utilizes a roller continuously spraying with water to collect dirt and deposit it into the dirty water tank.

Its navigation system was efficient. It stayed clear of the stairs and was able to navigate close to walls without crashing. It struggled with fine particles and didn't always clear the thresholds in rooms. The operating noise level is also high, which suggests it could be a less reliable set-and-forget model than others.

As with most robotic vacuums and mops the S1 Pro comes with a docking station that can refill its clean water and empty its dust bin and mop pad, as well as wash and dry its mop. This makes maintenance easy and lets the S1 Pro spend more time cleaning floors in line with an established schedule. A few hundred dollars more than the S8, this robot does an excellent job of keeping my office clean and can also take on the corners of my cramped apartment. It uses laser mapping and a camera to make an image of your home which allows it to know where not to go. In addition, unlike other vacuums that can mop it also has detection of objects and obstructions that is able to avoid things like bowls for dogs and dog toys (but not poop!).

Other fantastic features include a self emptying dustbin as well as a mop that's self-washing and adjustable for water temperature and a side-reaching brush that can reach areas that other mops cannot reach. You can also alter the settings for each room, and set up cleaning schedules.

It comes with the same multi-room smart mapping feature as the S8 and can distinguish between carpets and laminate with high-pile rug. It can also avoid cleaning rooms that aren't filthy if you're trying to save time. If you have several types of flooring options in your home and don't wish to spend more money on a Roborock that has advanced mapping capabilities it is an excellent option.

This robot is an excellent choice to consider if you're looking for a robot hoover and mop that can do both regular maintenance on a daily basis and touch-ups for messy water stains. It offers a broad range of features, including self-emptying dustbins, the water refill dock, and adjustable settings in the app. It's surprisingly quiet, and it can maneuver between furniture legs and socks effortlessly. However, it can't remove knotted rug tassels and it's battery drains faster than other models we tested in our tests.

With a price tag of less than $250, the Q5 Pro is a bargain-friendly machine that packs a lot of suction and handy automation into a sleek design. It didn't perform as well in our vacuuming and mopping tests as the expensive Roborock S8 MaxV Ultra, but it still did very well overall. It also includes a wide selection of cleaning options to suit your needs, from the low-power 'Quiet' option for light debris to the more robust 'Turbo' mode that is ideal for rooms with carpet. It even has the ability to automatically remove and reattach the mop pads without causing your carpets soaked.

8. K10 Plus

The K10 Plus is a great robot vacuum cleaner uk vacuum and mop for those who live in small areas. It's very quiet and fast, and it is a great choice for maneuvering around tight spaces. It is also very good at removing pet hair off carpeting.

It's smaller than its rivals, but doesn't sacrifice any features. It has good suction power and can be configured to take pictures of every object it finds (i.e. chew toys, socks), and mark them in the app as "not located', so that they won't be removed in future cleanings. The photos are secure, and aren't tied to your account.

It's great for vacuuming, but not as good at mopping. It uses disposable wet wipes that are clipped onto the bottom of the bot, and then it drags them around the floor. Compare this with the Roborock S8 MaxV Ultra and Narwhal models, which have water reservoirs that can automatically wash and reattach their mophead.
