WoW Upgrades - The Item Upgrader

This change allows players to upgrade their gear to the highest possible ilvl on all of their characters, instead of relying on seasonal loot.

It's also important to use crests wisely, as they have only one purpose. For instance, it's a good idea to make use of all your Whelpling-rank crests on the best gear you have available, and then keep Drake and Wyrm crests for the next round of upgrades you plan to make. This is especially applicable to items like trinkets and rings that fill several slots. The discount for the entire account will only be applicable if all the slots on the character are filled with top-quality gear.
