I believe what you published made a lot of sense. However, think about this, what if you wrote a catchier title? I am not saying your information is not good., however suppose you added a post title to possibly grab a person's attention? I mean %BLOG_TITLE% is a little plain. You ought to peek at Yahoo's front page and note how they create post headlines to grab people interested. You might add a video or a pic or two to grab readers interested about what you've got to say. Just my opinion, it would bring your posts a little livelier.
